Week 6 Writing Home Learning. 

This week you will be focussing on instructions.

 

Each lesson will follow a very similar structure:

  • Introductory quiz - what do you already know?
  • Video - video lesson to teach you the skill (pause the video when told, to complete the main activity).
  • Main activity - apply your skills to the task (return to the video when you've finished to go through the answers).
  • Quiz - what have you learnt?

You have been set the first three chapters of 'Buster's Blitz' on Purple Mash. There are 3 writing activities to do that you have also be set as 2Dos. Don't forget, you must read the chapter and complete the quiz BEFORE you do the writing activity. 

   

Task 1: Advice for Pet Owners

Create a page aimed at pet owners from a government advice leaflet. Write persuasively to make pet owners think that having their animals put down is a good idea.
