Languages at Candleby Lane School

We believe that learning a language is a vital skill in ensuring our children are prepared for the future.  All children from Year 1 to Year 6 are taught for one session a week by a specialist language teacher and we are currently moving from the teaching of French to Spanish. Y1 to Y3 are currently learning Spanish and Y4 to Y6 are learning French.
