Activity 4

English 4 - 25/06/2020

Comparing characters

Building on our work from the previous activity, we are going to compare two characters.  How are they different?  Use the adjectives that you came up with in activity 3 aswell as the information from the book and the illustrations to help you.  When writing your comparative sentence remember those capital letters and full stops.  You also need to include the conjunction but to join your ideas together.  You can write one sentence or a selection of sentences.   You can just focus on two characters or two for each sentence.  You might want to use the 2Do set on Purple Mash to complete this.  Here is an example.....

The boy has two feet but the horse has four hooves.

Think about their appearance and their personality.
