Ensuring that pupil voice impacts on whole school development.
The standards' team are a group of Year 6 pupils who are elected in to post by the school community. They have a pivotal role in supporting the Strategic Leadership to ensure that the school is working at an outstanding level. They will undertake monitoring learning walks, pupil and staff interviews and be invited to comment on policies and procedures to ensure that the child’s voice is integral to the workings of the school. They will be the ‘face’ of the school, showing visitors round and taking part in interviewing new staff.
There are a number of roles within the standards' team, each having a specific responsibility:
